Model 240 SCT Innova-Mass® (Steam Custody Transfer) Inline Multiparameter Mass Flow Meter

Sierra’s Model 240 SCT Innova-Mass has all the performance features of the Model 240 with the added benefit of a simple, cost-effective solution for steam custody transfer operations. The instrument provides a direct reading of steam mass flow rate, temperature, and pressure from a single installed device.

The most unique product feature is a pressure isolation valve that allows the operator to isolate the pressure sensor from the process to calibrate or validate pressure sensor accuracy without removing the meter from the line.  In addition, the pressure sensor can be replaced without removing the meter from the line in the event of a failure. Smart electronics provide access to all measured variables and programming menus, and permit field-configuration directly from the control panel or workstation via RS485, MODBUS or HART protocols.  Product accuracy for steam flows is 1.5% of rate over a 30:1 turndown.
