	Model 826/827 Top Trak High Flow Mass Flow Meters Inexpensive aluminum MFM for higher flows of ALL inert gases with available large tiltable LCD readout.Accuracy of +/- 1.5% of full scale and flow ranges from 0-75 slpm to 0-175 slpm.
	Model 810C Mass-Trak Mass Flow Controllers with display Inexpensive nylon MFC with available large tiltable LCD readout for use with ALL inert gases. Accuracy of +/- 1.5% of full scale and flow ranges from 0-10 sccm to 0-50 slpm.
