Overview
The TopTrak® 820 is an economical OEM gas mass flow meter with traditional analog technology. Available in your choice of nylon, aluminum or stainless steel, the TopTrak includes such features as:
- Direct mass flow rate measurement with the nylon version at prices below that of a typical rotameter
- Large optional, tiltable display that can be mounted on the device or on a remote panel
- Platinum sensor technology that eliminates zero drift

- Wetted materials: 10% glass-filled Nylon® 6/6; 316 stainless steel; 430 °F (221°C)
- Accuracy of +/- 1.5% of full scale
- Repeatability of +/- 0.5% of full scale
- Nylon version to 50 slpm (nlpm) maximum
- Aluminum version to 175 slpm (nlpm) maximum
- Stainless-steel version 500 slpm (nlpm) maximum
- Response time: 800ms time constant; 6 seconds (typical) to within ± 2% of final value over 25 to 100% of Full Scale
- Pressure: Stainless-steel version to 500 psig (34.5 barg) maximum; Aluminum and Nylon versions to 150 psig (10 barg) maximum
- Gas/ambient temperature 32 to 176°F (0 to 80°C), all versions
- 15 VDC, 24 VDC power supply
- Seals: Viton, Neoprene, Kalrez, Teflon
- Analog signals included: 4-20 mA; 0-5 VDC
- CE approved
